Inspired by a heartfelt message from a longtime listener, I decided to tackle why this topic continues to be so important to us. I've spent years consumed by trying to "fix" my body, but I've reached a point where I can say I have healed from that constant journey. While I still care about staying fit and vibrant, I'm no longer spending my days' energy on 'fixing' my body.

Over the years, I've struggled with accepting my body and dealing with the pressures of societal norms.

'Body positivity' didn't work for me.

🌟 Insight #2: Power of Language - Choose your words wisely. Shift your narrative to focus on how you want to feel, not just how you want to look.

🌟 Insight #3: Power of Intention - Be intentional about your actions. Acknowledge your current state and be honest about your actions and the emotions behind them.

🌟 Insight #4: Zoom Out - Shift your perspective. Ask yourself, "What else am I here for?" What are you - and who are you - beyond this self-regard?

🌟 Insight #5: 86-yr old You - What would she tell you now? Momento Mori ...remember, we die. What would she say to you to LIVE BETTER now?

🌟 Insight #6: 6-yr old You - What would you tell her? She matters in every body she shows up in. Don't you?
