1. Where and when is the event?
Friday, May 9th at 1 Tower Center Boulevard, Suite 1510, East Brunswick, NJ 08816.
From 8:30am to 4pm. Doors open at 8:30am for sign-in, coffee and networking, and our session starts promptly at 9:15am.
2. Is there a dress code?
Overall, we want you to dress however makes you feel comfortable and confident, and we recommend business casual in case you'd like to take advantage of the headshot photography offered onsite.
3. What airport do I fly into?
We recommend flying into Newark (EWR). Philadelphia (PHL), Laguardia (LGA) and JFK airport are also options. See travel details above.
4. Can I ask my employer to sponsor my attendance?
Yes. This event delivers professional impact as well as personal, and many participants are sponsored by their employer. Find information to share with your company here.
5. I'm nervous about coming alone...
You might not know anyone – for about 4 minutes. Upon check-in, you'll start meeting all the other great women who have committed to a day of learning and connection - and the fun will start. You’ll meet our speakers and women that you aleady have a great deal in common with, and by the time you leave Friday afternoon night, you’ll feel like you’ve known us for ages. Promise.
6. Can I bring a "plus one"?
Yes, absolutely! Invite a team member, a friend - anyone** you think will benefit from this powerful experience.
7. **Anyone? Is this a women-only event?
No - our doors are open to anyone 21 years or older. Our content is specifically tailored to supporting adult women who are interested in personal and professional growth. We welcome anyone interested in these topics!

T&C REMINDERS
Due to the nature of this event and because we have obligations to pay the venue to secure our meeting room, food and beverage, there is a $150 non-refundable deposit on your ticket, regardless of timing.
Your reservation can be transferred to a new registrant if you are unable to attend. Transfer requests must be received via email to no later than 72 hours before the Event start.
Please include: your name and email address; transfer recipient's first and last name and email address. The transfer beneficiary's attendance will be paid in full at whatever level you purchased. Managing reimbursement or any transfer of funds with the new attendee is your responsibility.
Any purchaser who opts not to transfer registration can request a refund of the total amount paid to The Trivista Group, LLC, less the $150 non-refundable deposit if notification is received via email prior to April 30, 2025, 11:59pm Eastern Standard Time.
April 30, 2025, 11:59pm Eastern Standard Time is the absolute deadline for any refund requests. After this date, no refunds will be issued, nor payments canceled. Â
May 6, 2025, 08:00am Eastern Standard Time is the absolute deadline for any transfer requests.
