ALRIGHT! Grab a friend and GET MOVING! Starting April 1st we will be doing a new 21 Days challenge! It’s free, it’s fun and it’s easy. This challenge will be 21 days of WALKING.
That’s 21 consecutive days of walking for 12 minutes or more.
Looking for a Spring reset? Need some fresh air? Or maybe you're used to going really hard and not so great at a slower pace - join us!... It's a useful challenge for anyone who just would like a little community, a little daily chitchat and virtual camaraderie.
Do you already walk regularly? WE WANT YOU, your ideas, your comments and inspiration.

Q: "Any ideas for when it's pouring with rain?" A: I will soooo NOT be walking in the pouring rain. And while I extremely lucky to have a treadmill in the house, there's a really convenient alternative that requires up a lot less space and $$... A small, foldable rebounder (or mini tramp) is a really great option for when you can't get outside. 10-15 minutes of gentle bouncing or vigorous "marching" or - of course - jumping will absolutely get your blood moving! I mean, just look how happy this lady is...
These are available at sporting goods stores, Target, AMZN... the usual suspects. And, you can probably grab one used.
