Owning Our Habits: The Power of Intentional Choices

It's important to own our actions - good, bad and indifferent. The point is to remain aware and to act with intention - and that doesn't always mean taking the high road! Key take-aways:

  2. Self-Awareness is key so we can understand why we engage in certain behaviors, and the impact they have on our lives.

the YUMMY: 4-ingredient Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Protein Bites

This "raw cookie dough" recipe is sooooo good - and it's packed with nutrients and protein!

You'll need:

  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (or vegan alternative)

  • 3 tbdp of peanut butter or sunbutter

  • dark chocolate chips (desired amount)

>> Mix all ingredients together, scoop out into balls, and store in the fridge!
